For the price, I expected it to be more of a journal quality rather than a regular coloring book—something that would hold up better over time. The pages are thick enough they should withstand markers, I think. The size, binding, and cover are all that of a normal coloring book. Also, it has 80 pages rather than the 106 listed on the site.
I kind of wish I had taken the idea, purchased a nice journal with unlined pages, and written a bunch of drawing prompts myself.
Still a really cool idea, but I think the price is rather steep for what the product is.

If this was spiral bound it would be PERFECT! The drawing prompts are creative and fun. This will be a keepsake forever.
However it’s very hard to get the book to flatten out for my daughter to draw on the left side. After a few times the binding broke.
Please make a spiral version so it lays flat!
